Lead Attorney

Harper Pollock

Harper is an Arizona native and Lead Attorney with Tamou Law Group. Harper graduated summa cum laude from Northern Arizona University, where she earned her B.S. in Political Science. During her undergraduate studies, Harper secured several distinguished internships with the House of Representatives, both locally and on Capitol Hill.

Motivated by these experiences, Harper pursued law school after her graduation, earning her Juris Doctor from The Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University. She began practicing at the Maricopa County Office of the Public Defender, where she spent several years with a high-volume caseload while representing felony clients at every stage of the Superior Court process. Believing that everyone deserves a voice and constitutional protection when facing the criminal justice system, Harper has been successful in securing favorable client outcomes through both negotiation and litigation, while ensuring the unique circumstances behind every case are given due consideration. With a genuine passion for criminal defense, Harper is a zealous advocate for her clients whether at the misdemeanor or felony level.

Jacob Gayer

Jacob Gayer is a licensed attorney with a dynamic background encompassing law enforcement, military service, and a robust legal career. Raised in McPherson, KS, and a graduate of McPherson High School, Jacob's journey is marked by distinguished service in the United States Navy, including intensive Nuclear Propulsion training and assignments on the USS Ronald Reagan and in Korea.

After serving honorably in the Navy, Jacob dedicated about a decade to law enforcement with the Hutchinson Police Department. Jacob's foray into law began at Washburn School of Law in Kansas, leading to roles as a prosecutor for surrounding areas of McPherson and the Head Ness County State Prosecutor. His experience in building strong cases against defendants as a prosecutor has been ingeniously repurposed at Tamou Law Group, where he switches roles to help deconstruct cases when defending charges are brought against clients. This unique skill set, combining prosecutorial strategy with a defensive mindset, enables Jacob to offer insightful and robust defense strategies.
