Consent to Electronic Communications: By clicking submit, the Client hereby consents to receive communications from the Firm electronically, which may include emails, text messages, or other forms of electronic communication. The Client acknowledges that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that the Firm provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. The Client may withdraw this consent at any time by providing the Firm with written notice of their withdrawal. Upon receipt of such withdrawal, the Firm will cease sending electronic communications to the Client, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill any remaining obligations under this Agreement.

Believing that everyone deserves a voice and constitutional protection when facing the criminal justice system, Harper has been successful in securing favorable client outcomes through both negotiation and litigation, while ensuring the unique circumstances behind every case are given due consideration. After serving honorably in the Navy, Jacob dedicated about a decade to law enforcement with the Hutchinson Police Department. Jacob's foray into law began at Washburn School of Law in Kansas, leading to roles as a prosecutor for surrounding areas of McPherson and the Head Ness County State Prosecutor. His experience in building strong cases against defendants as a prosecutor has been ingeniously repurposed at Tamou Law Group, where he switches roles to help deconstruct cases when defending charges are brought against clients. This unique skill set, combining prosecutorial strategy with a defensive mindset, enables Jacob to offer insightful and robust defense strategies.
